I love weddings, being at them and photographing the whole day is so much fun! Its a day filled with emotions, love and excitement. This was my first photoshoot that happened to fall on my birthday! June 19.
My favorite part of weddings is definitely the first look. Especially when its a private one with just the wedding couple. I am a very emotional person, so I definitely do shed a tear now and then. I think I should start bringing tissues for this part.
....The day was perfect!! Seriously, the morning had no wind and an overcast, the early afternoon the sun started to peek through and there was a slight breeze and later afternoon mainly sunny and a nice breeze. THE IDEAL weather, especially in the morning for the time we spent at Bellas
Lets talk for a minute about Judy's dress... that has got to be the most beautiful one I have ever seen!! It is absolutely stunning! To make it even more special Eric's Mom made it!! Like wow, impressive!!
This was my first time taking pictures at Bellas Castle! Absolutely loved it! Hope to be there for photos again some day! We started the day off here and afterwards went to Wakerobin B&B for the wedding party photos, I had never even heard of that place before this, it's located in Haskett. It is a beautiful property.
I have loved photographing Eric and Judy, they are so friendly, natural posers and madly in love! I have developed a new love for weddings being with them and I am so looking forward to the rest of the weddings I have booked for this season.
Heide's Florist did an excellent job with the flower arrangements! Definitely a go to place for flowers for any occasion!
Covid has been hard on bride and grooms and this couple decided to not let it stop them from seeing the people they would have wanted at their wedding, so they had a beautiful drive by wedding in the afternoon for their friends and relatives to drop of a gift and say hi!
The Food at the reception was SO SO good! That was probably the best chicken breast I have eaten in my life!! Lucas Sawatzky what is your secret?? :)

Alright here we go, the wedding party!!! I love the color scheme, that turquoise color is my favorite!! Adds so much pop to the photos!
Now we headed to the ceremony location, which was just down the road. This is also where they had the drive by for any guests they would have really wanted to have invited.
